una scuola di formazione insegnanti yoga riconosciuta dalla Yoga Alliance in
Toscana e nel Regno Unito. Si è formata con Pathabhi Jois , David Swenson ,
Shiva Rea , Larry Shultz e Radha/ Pierre . E’ una Sciamana iniziata,
agopuntrice e terapista di massaggio tailandese. In questo seminario unirà allo studio del Vinyasa Yoga
alcune tecniche di massaggio tailandese in ambedue le sessioni. Esploreremo gli
elementi di Pruthivi , Apas, Agni, Vayu and Akasha ( Terra , Acqua, Fuoco, Aria
e Etere) , gli Archetipi e Voj nel movimento

Esther runs a registered teacher training school in Tuscany and UK .
She was trained with Pathabhi Jois , David Swenson , Shiva Rae , Larry Shultz
and Radha/ Pierre . She is a fully initiated shaman, acupuncturist and thai
massage therapist .
In this workshop on the 5 th February 2012 , she is putting together
a shaman Vinyasa Workshop with some thai massage at the end of both sessions .
We will explore the elements of Pruthivi , Apas, Agni, Vayu and
Akasha ( Earth , Water, Fire, Air and Spirit ) , the Archetypes and Voj it all
into movement!
